- Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR activities and staff engagement programs.
Accounts
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
- Support monthly financial reporting and documentation.
Administration
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases.
- Organize and file company documents and records.
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle other duties assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
