Role Overview
Provide administrative, operational, and logistics support to the Corporate Marketing team
to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities, events, procurement processes, and regional coordination across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Administration & Operations
- Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, payments, and
expense tracking.
- Handle administrative tasks, document preparation, system uploads, and record
maintenance.
- Support vendor onboarding and ensure timely vendor creation in internal systems.
Event & Marketing Support
- Coordinate logistics for marketing activities and events, including venue sourcing,
catering, shipments, and onsite support when required.
- Support the production and printing of marketing collateral and promotional
materials.
- Assist in sourcing and managing corporate gifts and marketing inventories.
Logistics & Regional Coordination
- Coordinate shipments, purchases, and movement of marketing materials across
Malaysia and regional markets, including Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and other
Asia-Pacific countries.
- Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely
delivery and execution of activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and process administrative, procurement, and clearance-related
documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, marketing support, or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience supporting regional teams is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
