- Manage and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leaves.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions, prepare onboarding materials, and assist with the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Support benefits enrolment and administration, including health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Assist with payroll processing tasks, including verifying & schedule timesheets, calculating host slots overtime, and rate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal regulations and assist in developing and updating studio policies as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance and support on HR & Admin-related matters.
- Provide general administrative support, including purchasing stationery & pantry items for studio and maintain studio facility.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
