Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily forwarding operations.
• Coordinate import and export shipments by sea, air, and land.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, carriers, customs agents, and government authorities.
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and supervise forwarding operation staff.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of forwarding/freight forwarding experience.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in government systems (e.g. CUSTOMS K1/K2/K3/K8, e-Dagang, or related Malaysian Customs systems) is an added advantage.
