Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries.
• Handle patient records and ensure information is updated accurately.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in customer service, reception, or healthcare settings is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Clinic Operating Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Work on a shift basis
• Open Monday to Sunday
• Routine Rest Day provided
