Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Provide information regarding company services, products, and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Perform administrative and customer service-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
