Key Responsibilities:
Understand and learn the test automation framework built around UFT, including its structure, components, and usage guidelines.
Support users by analyzing and helping to resolve issues related to existing UFT jobs and framework usage.
Assist in developing new UFT jobs based on business and project requirements under the guidance of the team.
Participate in testing, execution, result analysis, and defect tracking for automated test jobs.
Attend sprint ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain and update project-related documentation in Confluence and SharePoint in a timely and accurate manner.
Be open and ready to learn new tools, technologies, and processes that support the automation project.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and support continuous improvement of the automation solution.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess / currently be pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Minimum CGPA is 3.0
Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills.
Required language(s): Good written and verbal communication in English
Required Skill(s): Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
NOTE: Successful candidates will be employed on Internship Duration contract directly under Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn Bhd.
Successful candidates will undergo minimum of two (2) months of comprehensive new hire training and on the job training.
