BJAK’s automation systems support customer journeys, policy issuance, claims, payments, renewals and insurer integrations. Reliability matters because system issues quickly become customer and business issues.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to improve the infrastructure, deployment, monitoring and reliability behind these systems.

The Mission

Help BJAK ship AI automation systems faster and operate them with fewer failures.

What You’ll Own

• Manage cloud infrastructure, environments and deployment pipelines.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, uptime and incident response.
• Support CI/CD, release automation and infrastructure reliability.
• Work with engineers to reduce deployment and production risk.
• Improve access control, security basics and infrastructure discipline.
• Debug infrastructure issues and fix root causes.
• Support systems used across countries and business-critical workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud services and monitoring.
• Able to troubleshoot production issues calmly.
• Practical judgment on reliability, cost, security and speed.
• Comfortable supporting business-critical systems.
• Strong ownership during incidents.
• Low ego and serious about long-term reliability.

Interview Process
