任职资格

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
     
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF).
     
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing metrics is a plus.
     
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
     
  • Able to work fast, independently and follow structured reporting SOPs.
     
  • Proactive, hardworking and passionate about data.
     
  • Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.

岗位职责

  • Consolidate data from TikTok Shop, Shopify, Shopee, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other platforms into a consistent reporting format.
  • Maintain accurate dashboards for sales, traffic, ads performance and product performance.
  • Compile performance marketing data and summarise key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA and repeat rate.
  • Assist in generating weekly performance summaries for internal meetings.
  • Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify and other platforms.
  • Assist in optimising product listings for better conversion rate.
  • Pull daily campaign results and compute into readable formats.
  • Assist in ad hoc reporting or data cleaning tasks when needed.
  • Maintain organised documentation for all reports and sheets.
