Job Description & Job Details
Position: HR Assistant
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400
Location: L1-13A, Cova Square, Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara PJU5, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Scope

1) Assist Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure proper documentation and compliance
2) Asist Support end-to-end recruitment including postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding
3) Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution
4) Manage attendance records and staff scheduling
5) Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
6) Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field
2) Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance
3) Able to work independently and in a team
4) Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused
