Operate shovel, wheel loader, or other assigned heavy equipment in accordance with approved procedures, operational requirements, and safety regulations.
Load, move, and stockpile earth, rocks, debris, and other materials efficiently to support site operations and productivity targets.
Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any defects, malfunctions, or maintenance requirements.
Adhere to all site safety requirements, traffic management plans, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
Work closely with supervisors, truck drivers, and other site personnel to ensure safe and efficient material handling activities.
Requirements
Valid heavy equipment or machinery operator certification (e.g., CIDB, JKKP, ABM) and a valid operator's licence (e.g., Class H or I) are mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating shovel, wheel loader, excavator, or similar heavy equipment.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments and varying site conditions.
Strong understanding of equipment operating procedures, loading practices, and workplace safety requirements.
Ability to work flexible hours, shifts, overtime, and in various weather conditions.
