WE ARE HIRINGPROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing, quality and delivery terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and procurement-related documentation.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports for management review.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Project and Finance Departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures and budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases and contract documentation.
• Resolve supplier performance, delivery and quality issues promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience in engineering, construction, oil & gas or crane industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Salary

RM2,500 – RM5,000
(Based on qualification and experience)
