• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle enquiries, appointments, and customer requests via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s services and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Perform general administrative duties and support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
