岗位职责
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure consistent food quality. This role requires strong leadership, operational control, and the ability to build an efficient café kitchen system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee full kitchen operations and daily food preparation
* Design and maintain menu (local and Western dishes & café-style food)
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
* Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
* Monitor inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination
* Maintain hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance
* Improve kitchen efficiency and workflow
* Support business growth with new menu ideas and cost optimization
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Head Chef / Senior Chef (minimum 3–5 years)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience in staff management, scheduling, and training
* Knowledge in food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations
* Strong discipline and responsibility
