Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and factory equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems including 3-phase power systems, control panels, wiring, and switchboards.
• Service and maintain mechanical components including motors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and update service reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and performance.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure tools are properly handled and stored.

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on industrial training and basic knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum knowledge and practical understanding of 3-phase electrical systems is required.
• Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Good troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
