Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Front Office operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery
- Supervise Front Office team and ensure SOP compliance
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security
- Monitor room status, occupancy, and guest requirements
- Verify billing, cashiering, and payment transactions
- Prepare daily shift reports and handover updates
- Support room upselling and walk-in reservations
- Ensure professional guest service standards at all times
- Conduct shift briefings and staff task assignments
- Perform other duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Experience in Front Office / Hotel Operations preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Familiar with hotel PMS system is an advantage
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented personality
