Job description:

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Develop project plans, manage budgets, monitor progress, identify & mitigate risks, ensure adherence to technical standards and safety regulations in an organization's goal.
• Key Accountabilities:
• To oversee, follow up and report engineers' project status to Head of Department.
• To lead project team for product development and customer meeting.
• To control project budget expenses.
• To monitor performance and ensure department's KPI is met to measure the effectiveness of technical activities and implement corrective actions as needed.
• To lead IATF related audit.
• To lead weekly project status meeting.
• To do documentation and reporting, present monthly reports to senior management.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing / Automotive Management
• Professional Experience:
• Preferable with Automotive Manufacturing working experience.
• 5 years in project management related experience.
• Technical costing knowledge.
