Location: Masai, Johor.

Working hour: 8:00am to 5:45pm (Monday to Friday)

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant / Executive to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle administrative coordination and payroll-related support efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in daily administrative and office support duties.

• Assist in payroll-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and related documentation.

• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.

• Assist in training coordination and other administrative support tasks such as company's event.

• Ensure proper filing and record keeping of company documents.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

• 1–3 years of working experience in HRA or office admin support roles.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with HRIS or attendance systems (iFlexi preferred) is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and CN to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

• A good team player with a positive working attitude.
