About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team at Kewpump (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Pusing Perak. As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our warehousing, storage and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient management of our supply chain. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, growing manufacturing and logistics company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the coordination and execution of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods

2. Preparing and processing shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, packing list.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure the timely delivery of products to customers

4. Providing support in the implementation of logistics processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement

5. Assisting with the coordination of transportation and delivery arrangements

6. Performing other administrative tasks to support the logistics and operations teams as required

What we're looking for

1. Candidates must possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.

2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry.

3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

4. Proficient in using ERP system and Microsoft Office application

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. Willing and able to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
