• Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process specifications.

  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth new product introductions.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

• Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing setting.

  • Strong understanding of process control, quality standards, and lean principles.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
