岗位职责
Job Scope:
Prepare quotation to customer.
Handling documentation.
Respond and coordinate customers' email promptly.
Assist in coordination between internal department and clients.
Maintain and update project/ maintenance database.
Support general office administration.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/Professional certificate in Business administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of operation administrator experience in the related field
Good Communication, organizing skills and interpersonal skills, a good team player.
Fast learner, ability to work independently and sense of urgency.
Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook email.
Possess own transport.
