We’re Hiring: Personal Assistant

I am looking for a reliable and responsible Personal Assistant to support me with daily errands, simple administrative tasks, and personal/home-related arrangements.

This role is suitable for someone who is organised, trustworthy, proactive, and enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal errands and day-to-day arrangements
• Help manage simple schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
• Coordinate deliveries, purchases, appointments, and bookings
• Assist with basic admin work, filing, and simple documentation
• Support with household-related tasks when needed
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, or other parties when required
• Help ensure tasks are completed properly and on time

Requirements:

• Responsible, honest, and trustworthy
• Organised and able to follow instructions well
• Able to communicate politely and clearly
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Able to manage time well and complete tasks independently
• Must have own transport
• Basic computer/phone skills will be an advantage

Working arrangement:

• Part-time / Full-time can be discussed
• Location: Klang Valley / PJ / Kota Damansara area
• Salary will be discussed based on experience and working arrangement

This role requires someone who is dependable, respectful of privacy, and able to support both personal and simple work-related matters.
