Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiries: Answer all kinds of questions about tariffs, usage, accounts, and more. Basically, you’re their problem-solver!
- Account Management: Help with reconnection requests and self-metering, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Customer Complaints: Tackle billing and metering issues and turn them into opportunities to improve the service.
Locations:
- Jalan Timur, Petaling Jaya near with public transport
Working Hours:
* Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
* Sat, Sun, and Public Holidays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
1. Shifts (Weekdays):
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Start Dates:
* PJ Branch: 22th June 2026
What You Get:
