Neo Technologies is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Computer Specialist to join our team. You will provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. This role involves setting up and maintaining computer systems, assisting customers, and contributing to service improvements. The ideal candidate is technically savvy, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Support the setup and configuration of new laptops and devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
