Quality Engineer :

Job Description:

• University studies in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering fields or equivalent.
• Experience in the diesel engine/generator industry or backup power in data center would be an added advantage.

What We are looking for:

• Lead customer quality processes. Focus on reducing reportable quality issues to meet customer’s baselines and conduct investigation using QC tools on existing quality issues.
• Attend customer quality meetings and address customer needs accordingly.
• Track all reported quality issues in accordance with the respective customer accounts and identify repeated quality issues to be investigated in and close action item in customer platform.
• Track and follow up on all RCA status and ensure all RCA are completed as per agreed timeline and keep proper record of all assessments related to quality.
• Familiarize with customer quality process and work with the execution engineer to implement it to the projects.
• Always keeping the customers and internal team informed of the progress of all ongoing quality topics.
• Enhance pre-sales support by thoroughly reviewing and providing feedback on customer requirements, particularly regarding quality specifications.
• Prepare and present insights and lessons learned regarding quality matters to customers.

- Receiving of free issue items from RRS and conduct outgoing inspections

- Maintain proper documentation by filling all inspection forms, checklists and photos in the project folder server.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,800.00 per month
