JOB TITLE: ENGINEER INTERN

An Engineering Intern who supports the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of fuel stations. Their scope typically involves assisting senior engineers with daily operations, routine monitoring of Teams, and Work order management and parts arrangements.

scope of work includes:

Technical Operations & Maintenance

· System Monitoring: Assist in tracking Work order management platforms to ensure all jobs are completed within SLA.

· Preventive Maintenance (PM): Help senior engineers and technicians perform routine inspections and execute PM schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns. This includes keep inventory record of parts being used and prepare parts and arrange Request & Return for Team involved.

· Troubleshooting: Support basic diagnostic activities and root cause analysis when fueling equipment fails. To prepare Reports for Billing & Escalations

Project & Vendor Management

· Vendor Coordination: Shadow facility managers during site visits, assist in supervising contractors, and help verify that outsourced maintenance tasks are completed.

· Project Support: Help oversee tenant fit-out projects, renovations, or equipment upgrades. This includes tracking project progress and taking meeting minutes.

Documentation & Compliance

· Work Order Processing: Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like Asseto , BHP SMAP to log service requests, update maintenance logs, and generate reports

· Inventory Tracking: Manage records of spare parts, tools, and facility supplies.

Continuous Improvement

· Sustainability Initiatives: Gather data to support energy audits and help brainstorm or implement energy-saving and green-building initiatives.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
