Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and support end-to-end recruitment activities
• Assist on onboarding support
• Assist in developing and organizing employee engagement activities
• Provide support in talent management planning
• Research to understand the current trends in the job market across various regions
• Assist other ad-hoc administrative/project/task assigned as needed

Who Are We Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration or any related fields
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, etc
• Positive work attitude and ability to work independently in a team
• Ability to thrive both individually and in a team with competence

Internship Job Details:

• Working Arrangement: Work From Home (Remote)
• Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• Duration: 3 - 6 months
