This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Subang Jaya. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure deliverables meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing project teams, maintaining timelines, coordinating cross-functional activities, and mitigating risks. The role also requires clear communication with stakeholders and driving team efficiency to ensure projects are completed successfully.

• Analytical skills to assess risks, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
• Project Management and Program Management skills for planning and successfully delivering projects
• Team Leadership skills to motivate, guide, and manage project teams effectively
• Strong Communication skills to convey project updates, expectations, and foster stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies related to project management
• Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
