Job Responsibilities
PO Management: Issue, process, and track Purchase Orders (PO) accurately in the system.
Supplier Delivery Tracking: Closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
Supplier Coordination: Maintain good relationships with current suppliers and handle day-to-day communication.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate procurement records and filing systems.
Internal Support: Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill daily material needs.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
