Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Company's systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic records, files, and documents.
Handle general paperwork, including filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, and document compilation.
Ensure all documents are properly filed and archived for easy retrieval.
Assist in preparing reports, forms, letters, and other administrative documents.
Maintain and update company databases, employee records, and administrative records.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission or filing.
