Job Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation records.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Assist in data entry and update company records.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse and suppliers when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Saturday :8.30 am - 1.00 pm
