Responsibilities:

• Review material specifications from the project team and request quotations from suppliers.

• Extract material quantities from drawings and forward them to suppliers for quotations.

• Prepare and analyze price comparison sheets.

• Evaluate and compare supplier offers.

• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers.

• Coordinate and monitor purchased materials to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of purchased products, delivery schedules, and invoices.

• Update the supplier database and unit rates in the system.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.

• Experience in purchasing within the construction industry is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves using an internal system developed in China.
