Job Brief

Responsible for the maintenance, overhauling and repair of all allotted Konica Minolta MFPs/Copiers at Refurbishment Center, and perform outdoor servicing as and when directed.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper service, overhaul, repair and maintenance of all allotted Konica Minolta MFPs/Copiers.
• Ensure all service jobs are properly recorded in the Service Report with the relevant information as requested and such reports must be submitted to the Superior on the same day of servicing job performed or latest by the next morning.
• Ensure all parts required are properly recorded in the Spare Parts Requisition Form and to acknowledge receipt of parts taken at all times. All unused parts and parts replaced must be returned to the Spare Parts Department on the same day or latest the next working day in the morning.
• Assist Ipoh Technical operations as and when needed with respect to indoor and field servicing job.
• Responsible in the refurbishing of quality machines base on the KPIs as set out for you to achieve.
• Ensure all machines covers are properly cleaned, washed and sprayed.
• Ensure all activities are recorded including daily reports, spare parts, consumables acquisition and cannibalized parts.
• Ensure all machines are properly QCs, wrap up with sample prints, tag and arrange in proper areas.
• Attend all Konica Minolta MFPs/Copier service training and any refresher course as may be considered necessary from time to time and/or as directed, and keep up-to-date all Konica Minolta copier technical service bulletins, manuals, modification kits etc as given and taught from time to time.
• Ensure all Company information - spare parts price list, service manuals, technical service bulletins etc are kept confidential and not fall into unauthorized hands.
• Not to service, maintain or repair any competitors' models unless instructed to do so by Superior, and not to reveal/discuss with any outsiders/customers on any problems/information relating to Konica Minolta products except in the strict performance of your job functions.
• As and when directed, you may be assigned higher level of authority to meet operational requirements.
• Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.
