Main Job Scope:

As an Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, promotion, and execution of the international-level events/programs held by MDEC. This internship offers hands-on experience in event operations, marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement within the dynamic digital content industry.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Project Manage of event under Animation team
• Liaison person for any enquiries
• Reporting and Database Management
• Project Coordination

Graphic Design

• Graphic Design for Marketing and Promotional for events.
• Preparing social media content during and after the events.
• Preparing collaterals for the event.
• Managing digital assets and preparing files for printing.
• Video Shooting and Editing experience to promote the event.
• Prepare promotional & marketing tools, distribution and organize events

Marketing / Event

• Assist in the coordination and execution of event logistics
• Support the collection and analysis of feedback and data from event participants for post-event reporting and improvement
• Contribute to the planning and execution of satellite programmes and side events
• Support the marketing team in developing and implementing promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, press releases, etc.)
• Manage social media accounts and schedule posts
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct email and web)
• Perform other administrative and event-related tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Diploma or degree students in Animation, Project Management, Graphic Design, Advertising, Event Management
• Preferably able to commit to a minimum 3-month internship. (Please indicate your internship duration on your resume, e.g., DD.MM.YYYY to DD.MM.YYYY.)
• Provide a university letter for internship placement (if applicable).
