About PRO-NET

Incorporated on 16th August 2022, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd. General (or Official) Distributor of smart vehicles in Malaysia & Thailand.


Our mission and vision are to become the leader in new energy ecosystem automotive solutions. Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.


The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employee engagement strategy aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Design and drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee experience, and internal communication.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives internally and externally.
  • Organize company-wide engagement activities, town halls, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support the development of programs that enhance employee lifecycle experience (onboarding, development, retention, exit).
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety initiatives within the organization.
  • Provide support to the recruitment team. Participate in talent attraction initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Ensure alignment between hiring strategies and organizational culture objectives.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee engagement, culture transformation, or organizational development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing engagement programs at organizational level.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting engagement survey data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
