Job title: Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
To provide administrative and office support through a variety of task.
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when required
Requirements:
Min a Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferable at least 1 year working experience in the related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
With good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
