Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair smartphones (especially iPhones) including screen, battery, motherboard, camera, and charging issues.
• Conduct water damage treatment, software flashing, and iCloud unlocking (if authorized).
• Perform quality control checks before and after repairs.
• Communicate clearly with customers about repair issues, turnaround time, and cost.
• Maintain proper records of repairs done, spare parts used, and tools handled.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization at the workstation.
• Stay updated with the latest smartphone models and repair techniques.
• Support the team during peak hours and assist with stock handling or simple admin tasks if needed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
