Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of personnel data, files and relevant systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on attendance and leave balances.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Certificate or Diploma in any field of study.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with Admin or HR experience are welcome to apply.
• Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain private and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
