岗位职责

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant (HR) to support daily human resource and administrative operations. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their career in HR and Administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and files.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
  • Renewal Customs / Immigration Licensing
  • Liaise with HOD / Branch for any HR Matters
  • Support ad hoc and any other duties as required in the department.

Requirements

· Computer literate

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

. Able to meet dateline & working under pressure

. Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.

. Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa

. Minimum STPM/Diploma in related field

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
