岗位职责
i. Prepare cost analysis based on tender drawings, construction drawing, shop drawing or as-built drawing, with materials required and labor involved.
ii. Prepare costing with proper taking off sheet.
iii. Come out with an Estimated Budget or Actual Profit Margin for a project.
iv. Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
v. Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract.
vi. Able to work well within a team-based environment.
vii. Communicate regularly with project staff and purchasing ensure commercial controls are in place, understood and followed at all time.
viii. Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labor, material and sub-contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
ix. Supply all relevant information to the General Manager and or the Managing Director for review at the specified intervals set.
Assist General Manager and or the Managing Director with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
