- Prepare and produce granola according to approved recipes and SOP
- Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients accurately
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and baking trays
- Monitor baking time, temperature, and product quality
- Ensure product consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
- Perform packing, labelling, and basic quality checks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and work area
- Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards at all times
- Record daily production output and basic documentation
- Assist in stock handling of raw materials and finished goods
