Working hours : 8am-6pm Mon-Sat

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate hardscape works (paving, retaining walls, water features, drainage) and softscape works (planting, soil preparation, turfing).
2. Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
3. Inspect and ensure quality of workmanship and materials used.
4. Oversee installation of landscape elements
5. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions.
6. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
7. Attend site meetings and ensure effective follow-up of issues raised.
8. Ensure all activities comply with company safety regulations and statutory health & safety requirements.
9. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and enforce safe work practices on-site.
10. Maintain accurate site records including work progress, manpower deployment, material deliveries, and site photos.
11. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to project management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience in landscape / construction (hardscape & softscape).
• Proven experience in managing both structural and planting works in landscape projects.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, materials, and horticulture.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and landscape drawings.
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD or similar).
