Job Description

Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat:9am-1pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2300 + AWS + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent



Key Responsibilities

Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and on time.
Monitor deliveries of raw materials and arrange stocks according to the FIFO system.
Manage warehouse processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure minimum inventory is maintained and support future production planning.
Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and audits, and prepare inventory reports for raw materials, packaging materials,.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, including receiving and distribution areas.
Ensure proper filing and organization of warehouse-related documents. Carry out other duties or tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

Minimum Secondary or O-Level qualification.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Forklift License will be advantage
