Site Supervisor
Supervisor (M&E)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a hands-on and experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee and coordinate

daily Mechanical & Electrical site activities, ensuring high-quality and on-schedule

project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise, coordinate, and monitor all M&E installation works at site (mechanical,
• electrical, plumbing, etc.).
•  Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
• and adherence to specifications.
•  Plan daily work schedules, manpower allocation, and material arrangement.
•  Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and quality compliance.
•  Coordinate with Project Engineers and main contractors to resolve site issues.
•  Ensure site operations comply with safety and environmental standards.
•  Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
•  Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Requirements:
•  Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•  Minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E supervision or construction
• field.
•  Strong technical knowledge in M&E systems and installation methods.
•  Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
•  Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
•  Willing to work extended hours and travel to project sites when required.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to manage and

supervise M&E works at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring

project execution according to plan, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and

quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Plan, monitor, and manage all M&E installation, testing, and commissioning works
• at site.
•  Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and
• clients to ensure smooth project progress.
•  Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submissions, and material
• approvals.
•  Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and
• safety standards.
•  Manage project documentation including progress reports, work schedules, and
• quality checklists.
•  Identify and resolve technical or coordination issues promptly.
•  Monitor manpower allocation and material usage to maintain cost eƯiciency.
•  Support project handover, testing & commissioning, and as-built documentation.
• Requirements:
•  Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
•  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in M&E site coordination or project
• management.
•  Familiar with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
•  Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•  Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•  Possess own transport and willing to travel or relocate to project sites.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
