We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to support daily office operations and administrative tasks. The candidate should be able to handle documentation, coordinate with customers/suppliers, and ensure smooth office management.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
Manage filing, documentation, and data entry
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on pending matters
Respond to emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
Assist in preparing reports and company documents
Maintain office records and ensure proper document control
Support management with ad-hoc tasks when required
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
