Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Machine Engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and 2–3 years of relevant experience to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal machine performance, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Development and Improvement
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
• Analyze root causes of machine failures and recommend corrective actions
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery
• Monitor machine performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with others department to support daily operations
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned by management.
• Support company initiatives and improvement plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 2–3 years of working experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gear systems)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to be hands-on and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)

• Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
