Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily collection and delivery of documents, parcels, invoices and other items to banks, government offices, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure all documents are delivered and acknowledged accurately and on time.
- Maintain proper record and tracking of all outgoing and incoming despatch items.
- Perform office errands such as purchasing office supplies, sending items for stamping/endorsement, or other authorized tasks.
- Support other departments on ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (Class B2).
- Familiar with routes around Klang Valley.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle confidential documents with care.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
