Prestar Precision Tube Sdn Bhd is one of the subsidiaries of a Public Listed company listed on the Main Board. We are engaged in manufacturing of automotive tubes, steel tubes & pipes. In line with our expansion market plan and rapid growth, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates with commitment and enthusiasm to fill the following position:-

ASSISTANT PLANNER - RAWANG

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Production planning, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management or a related field.
• Having good numerical skills.
• Willing to work in factory environment.
• Experience in planning is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Descriptions:

• To prepare CTL schedule & CTL job on time.
• To prepare CD schedule & CD job on time.
• To update and follow up with Sales Department on planning schedule daily.
• To issue job & monitor aging disposition activities.
• To monitor finished good stock level to avoid fail customer delivery & get penalty
• To prepare and issue batch record, work order sheet and shiftly output record.
• To check daily output reports after job completed & feedback any abnormalities.
• Daily liaise with production and store personnel & sales personnel to make sure the delivery is smooth without delay.
• To update & monitor the trigger system for AT critical sizes stock level.
• To upkeep and maintain filing and documentation.
• To involve in stock take activities & reconciliation
• To involve ISO audit
• Rotate standby sign weight chit for late delivery (executive level)
