Sales Manager (Corporate & Wedding)

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Junior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth primarily through the Corporate and Wedding segments. The ideal candidate is proactive, business-minded, and passionate about securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new corporate and wedding accounts.
• Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contracts.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maximize revenue through room sales, meetings, weddings, and events.
• Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and hotel tours.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Hotel Sales, or Event Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Able to work independently and achieve targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Hospitality sales experience is an advantage.

Preferred

• Established corporate network in Kedah and surrounding areas.
• Experience managing corporate accounts, weddings, conferences, and events.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
