岗位职责

Job description:

i. Document Maintenance

To maintain accurate documentation - purchase and pricing records. Ensure the proper keying in & filing the documents (eg. Goods received notes, purchase invoices, credit note, purchase return)
Creating inventory/SKU with accuracy.

ii. Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local suppliers.
Evaluates supplier’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specification required by the company.

iii. Stock Monitoring & Post Sales Support

In charge of planning, issuing, tracking and following up on Purchase Orders, supplier’s delivery and shipments schedules.
To monitor stock at healthy levels and prevent wastage.
Liaising with order processing team to ensure stocks are supplied according to customer's timeline.
Liaise with Technical team & manufacturer/supplier in regards to accessories, parts, equipment warranty claim.
Resolve issues with supplier - stock supply, quality, service or invoicing issues with supplier/manufacturers.

iv. To assist in any procurement/ supply chain roles as required. Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

ATTENTION TO DETAILS, proactive, able to communicate well in multidisciplinary setting
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administrative, Allied Healthcare or related field are welcome to apply.
1-2 years of experience in procurement / supply chain/ biomedical / healthcare industry is an advantage, but worry not, for fresh graduates guidance will be provided.
Looking for Entry level Purchasing/ Supply chain role.
Candidates experienced in Purchasing will have advantage.
